He was predeceased by : his father Lucas Perez; and his sister Karon. He is survived by : his wife Kaytee Diehl; his sons, Robert and Samuel; his mother Janny Perez; and his sisters, Judy and Sharon.

Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for this event.

It was Luke's wish that his boys get a good education, and so in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made at Everloved.com.
