She is survived by: her husband Joseph P. DeStefano; her daughter Lisa Cross (Gary); her brothers, Vincent and Ernest Perrella; her grandsons, Gary Jr. (Dana), Michael (Melissa) and Andrew (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Michael R., Julianna, John, James, Sloan, Dominic and Greer; and her son Joseph V. DeStefano.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Galante Funeral Home-Caldwell (54 Roseland Ave, Caldwell, NJ 07006). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament (28 Livingston Ave, Roseland, NJ 07068). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barbara's honor to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
