He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Lizz Burgio-Bishop (Adrien), Christine Macowski Levine (Brandon), William Macowski II, Catherine Macowski, Christopher Macowski (Sabrina Valle), Andrew Macowski (Morgan), Matthew Macowski, Thomas Macowski (Sarah Rapp), Olivia Macowski, Kellyanne Verniero, Zack Lord, Michael Lord, Jacqueline Lord, Gabriel Liu, Taylor Liu and Alexandra Liu Obrecht (Nate); and his great grandchildren, Jane Bishop-Burgio, Tyler Levine, Aria Levine, Ramona Macowski Valle, Benjamin Macowski and Luka Macowski.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Brown (Betty); his sister Estelle Leno (Nicholas); and his children, Susan Burgio (James), William Macowski (Liz), Tom Macowski (Lorie), Joseph Macowski and Elizabeth.
