She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Muryn and Maria Muryn; her husband Kornel Hewko; and her siblings, Ivan and Ahafia.
She is survived by: her sons, Stefan and Roman (Amelia); her grandchildren, Heather Thomas (Christopher), Amber Matlosz (Matthew) and Anthony Fernandes (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Caleb Thomas.
