George Greer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Greer in Roselle Park, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Greer and Mary Greer (Ciszkowski); and his siblings, Joseph Greer, Marylane Carvalho and Patricia DeRick.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Greer (Danelson); his children, Kelly Smith (Brian), Colleen Fortunato (Alex) and David Greer (Brenna); his grandchildren, AJ, Colin, Nicholas, Annika, Skyler and Felix; his parents-in-law, Richard and Ann Danelson of Roselle Park; and his brothers-in-law, Carlos Carvalho and Richard DeRick. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ONLY 45 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED INTO THE FUNERAL HOME AT A TIME. A FACE MASK IS REQUIRED OVER THE NOSE AND MOUTH ALONG WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CONTACT TRACING.
