He was predeceased by: his father Carmen Rica. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Olivo of Freehold, NJ; his nieces and nephews, Anjolie Rica Neto and Dante Rica Neto; his close friend Lisa Marelli; his daughter Zoey; and his close friend Johnny.
