He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Deem (Vatter); his son-in-law Mark McCullough; and his sister Ellen Draney. He is survived by: his children, Linda McCullough, Paul Deem (Bożena) and Nanci Carchio (Michael); his grandchildren, Jason McCullough, Kevin McCullough, Jamie Sadler (Billy) and Colin Deem; his great grandchildren, Finnley Sadler and Elliot Sadler; and his siblings, John Deem and Cathy Ruderman.
