He is survived by: his brother Samuel David Fazzone (Kim) of Greenville; his son Michael Robert Fazzone (Valerie); his grandchild Alexis (Patrick); his stepson Douglas Hughes (Dana); his stepgrandchildren, Mckayla of Shrewsbury, NJ., Tristan of Shrewsbury, NJ. and Colton of Shrewsbury, NJ.; his stepdaughter Kerry Lemske (Greg); and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica of Myrtle Beach and Jared of Myrtle Beach.
A reception will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John E. Day Funeral Home (85 Riverside Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701).
