He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Henry Ropka and Elizabeth Ropka; and his great grandchild Jonathan D. Ropka. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Ropka (Albinson); his grandchildren, Grandpop of April, Springer (Ernest), Leah, Julia, Melissa, Christina, Charles R. "Rick" Ropka (Ginger), Zachary, Joshua, Mackenzie, Jacob, Jared and Cindy S. Miller; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Micah, Bonnie E. Ropka, Christy L. Hill (Jason) and Christopher A. Ropka; and also Giancarlo.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gardner Funeral Home - Runnemede (126 S Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ 08078). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory may be made to Hope House For Our Families, a nonprofit organization based in Woodstown, New Jersey.
