He is survived by: his siblings, George, Jr., Joe, John, Marie, Howard "Bud" and Dorothy "Dot"; his wife Margaret "Peggy"; his children, Kenneth Levins (Johnna), Karen Berry (Samuel) and Kristina Biehl (Joseph); Amy (Tim), Domenica (Matt), Kristina (Todd), Aaron (Christen), Kenny (Jessica), Amber, Phillip, Nicholas (Allie), Bryan, Erika, Amanda, Isabella, Jacob, Colton, Rusty, Ainslie, Gino, Owen, Charlie, Annette, Joey and John.
In lieu of flowers, Dad would have appreciated donations to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of his beloved sister-in-law, Dorothy Cunningham or to the American Cancer Society.
