He is survived by : his daughter Melissa; his grandchildren, Jason Klevenz (Brooke), Stacy Bernardin (Mike), Misty Shefski (Brenda), Chrissy Heller (Rich), Tyler Klevenz and McKenzie Klevenz; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Brayden and Teagan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
