He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Fischer (Tod), Michelle Barth (Mike), Tricia Frampton (Brian Obermeier) and Kenny Ballinghoff (Colleen); his grandchildren, Shaun, Kendall, Andrew, Kevin, Elizabeth, Megan, Erin, Katelyn, Kaylee and Allison; his great grandchildren, Devin, Donavan, Adilyn and Esme; and his siblings, Dorothy Jones, Fred and Jerry Ballinghoff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
