He was predeceased by: his sibling Thomas Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Janice Campbell; his children, Richard Campbell (Stacy), Cullen Campbell and Jena Kalvin (Brad); his grandchildren, Riley, Slater and Campbell Rose; his stepgrandchildren, Kody (Margo), Kaleb, Logan and Madison; his sibling Carol-Anne Peacock (Kenneth); and also Thomas Masterson (Dorothy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
