She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Olivia; and her parents, Robert Voorhees and Mary Voorhees. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas E. Applegate, Sr.; her children, Nancy Charles, TJ Applegate (Stephanie), Patti Toth (Stephen) and Sean Applegate (Christina); her grandchildren, Vanessa, Jayson (Ashley), Bella, Aryhanna, Logan, Carly, Scarlett, Destinee (Jon), Emily and Stephen, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Luna of Nova, JJ and Penny; and her sisters, Ginny (Jim), Barbara (Mike) and Patti (Joe). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and in-laws.
