He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendale and Isabella (Erasmus); and his siblings, Glendale "Duke", Lois Franklin Mosko, Jeffrey, Debra Franklin, Carol Ann Franklin Guadalupe, Denise Franklin Robles, John, Ronald, Darlene Franklin, Michele Franklin Concio, Jessica Franklin Broome and Robert Lemons.
He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn (Berenato); and his children, Michele Scott (Michael) and Raymond (Erin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
