He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Donley Sr. and Catherine M. Donley; his grandmother Marian L. Donley; and his nephew Andrew Donley. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Donley; and his siblings, William (Allison) and Marian Donley. He is also survived by aunts & uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews, godchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mathematics and Computer Science Fund at Queensborough Community College that supports scholarships for math students. Also, memorial contributions may be made to the Girls' Angle, a nonprofit math club for girls to foster interest in mathematics.
