She was predeceased by: her sister Joann Girardi. She is survived by: her husband John O'Connell; her children, John O'Connell (Kathy), Stephanie Sylvester (Vincent) and Jeffrey O'Connell; her sister Diane Nicolosi (Ken); and her brother-in-law Joseph Girardi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
