He is survived by: his children, Kathleen (Katie), Scott Jr. and Brooke Bates; his parents, John and Karen; his siblings, Tracy Kellem (Dan), Johnny (Stacey) and Troy; his siblings' children, Alyssa Bates, Shane Bates of Danny, AJ and Ryan Kellem; the mother of his children Jennifer Bates (Alexander); and his aunt Joan Kelly.
