She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Koziel; her daughter-in-law Maryanne Koziel; and her siblings, Veronica, Rose, Florence and Walter.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Koziel; and her grandchildren, Jaclyn Koziel and William Koziel.
