In loving memory of Michael Barna of Saddle Brook, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who departed this world on October 21, 2025 at the age of 58. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barna and Anna Barna. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Brancaccio Barna; his children, Alexandria Gregory and Michael Barna; his son-in-law Justin Gregory; his parent-in-law Beverly Brancaccio; and his sister Susan Cipolla.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home (274 Market St, Elmwood Park, NJ 07407). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the George Washington Memorial Park (234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652).
