Nancy A. Gara Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy A. Gara of Saddle Brook, New Jersey, born in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2025 at the age of 101. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul Gara; her daughters, Nancy A. Connolly (Gerald), Kathleen Lindsay (Dennis) and Patricia Lavelle; and her grandchildren, Maureen Brown (Edwin), Erin Cogan (Paul), Ryan Connolly (Wendy), Jennifer Addeo (Michael), Kristen Robert (Jason), Michael Lavelle (Kristen), Meghan Lukin (Marko) and Kathryn Lathem (William). She was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Colonial Home (13-31 Saddle River Rd, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle R. C. Church (488 Saddle River Rd, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663).
