She was predeceased by: her husband Edward La Cava; her parents, Pasquale Addessi and Anna Addessi; her siblings, Patricia Ambrosio, Irene Mullins, Madeline Flynn and Pasquale Addessi (Freddy); her siblings' children, Loreen Flynn Amos and Lawrence Ambrosio; her in-laws, Joseph and Florence La Cava; and her brother-in-law Gregory La Cava.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Van Der Wall; her son-in-law Timothy; and her grandsons, Michael and Christopher. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
