He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Appel; his siblings, Kelly Tomlin (Christine) and Maryann Carlo; and his brother-in-law David Maida. He is survived by: his significant other Susan A. Maritsch; his children, Randy, Kristie, Corey and Jonathan; and his siblings, Patrick Murphy (Linda), Blaine Tomlin (Carole), Christine Benanti (Anthony), Tracey Chimileski (Thomas), Scott Carlo and Evelyn Maida.
