He is survived by: his wife Frances Carroll; his sons, Michael Carroll (Debbie) and Mark Carroll (Christina); his grandchildren, Richard Thomas Carroll (Maria), Brittany Lynn Hill (Braden), Kevin Carroll (Shelley), Aimee Ingram (Gage) and Chelsea Edwards (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Camdyn, Cosette, Mason, Ryder, Griffin, Isaac, Luke and Avery; and his brother Roger Carroll.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle Church (488 Saddle River Rd, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663).
