He was predeceased by : his mother Angela; and his brother-in-law Ronald Cole. He is survived by : his siblings, Lynda Ann Cole of Greensboro, GA and Robert of Mahwah, NJ; his nieces, Elizabeth Cole (Christian Martin) of New York City and Catherine Cole Sarno (Doug) of Charlotte, NC; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah, Matthew, Charlie, Elizabeth and Emilia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church in Saddle River.
