He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles P. Hall Sr. and Margaret Faye Hall (Massey) of Alloway, NJ.; his grandparents, Girtha, Weaver Massey, Effie and Bert Hall; and his friend Bradley Loveland.
He is survived by : his wife Karla Hall (Hunt); his brother Michael Hall (Lisa) of Pennsville, NJ; his daughters, Katelyn Samuels (Kevin) of Mannington, NJ and Jessica Rush (Dylan) of Mannington, NJ; his grandsons, Drake Parker Rush and Kaden Blake Samuels; his stepsons, Michael Coles, Brian Coles (Jessie) and Billy Coles (Heather); and his close friends, Brent Myers, Wayne Chapman and Pat Galloway. He is also survived by his six step grandchildren and multiple beloved nieces and nephews.
