It is with sadness that the passing of Deborah A. Ecret of Salem, New Jersey is shared. Deborah, born on November 5, 1953 in Pennsville, New Jersey, passed away on September 25, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deborah A. Ecret to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Penrose Ecret, and Margaret Ecret, Jr. (McCurdy); and her brother Penrose Ecret III. She is survived by: her significant other Lee Ann Edwards; her sisters, Carol Staub (James) of Bear, DE and Wanda KayThompson of Pennsville; and her nieces and nephews, Cherish Poole (Rob), Kristi Datz (Brian), Ryan Brabson (Sara), Amity Williams and Lacey Williams.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the Laughrey Funeral Home (1 N Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:15 PM at the same location.
