He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Harwood and Esther Butler Harwood; and his sister Adelia Jean Hill. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne B. Harwood; and his brothers, Thomas Harwood (Linda) and A. Paul Harwood (Lynn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodside Funeral Home - Quinton (613 Salem Quinton Rd, Salem, NJ 08072). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
