He was predeceased by : his parents, David Bloemer and Meriam Hackett Bloemer; and his wife Christine "Pat" Rafine Bloemer. He is survived by : his siblings, Larry Bloemer (Vickie) of Pennsville and Debra Robertson (Willy) of Pennsville; his niece Pam Hogate (Doug) of Pennsville; his great-nephews, Seth Gressman of Elsinboro and Mark Gressman of Millville; his great-niece Jennifer Dilks of Virgina; and his nephew William Robertson of Pennsville.
