He is survived by: his wife Karen Atkinson; his children, Ryan C. Kelly (Laura Halderman) and Erin F. Carroll (Timothy Carroll); his grandchildren, Iris, Simon Kelly, Liam and Dean Carroll; his brother Philip E. Kelly; his sister-in-law Linda; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
