Helen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her sister Maria Gargano. She is survived by: her husband Alan; her sons, Steven and Jason (Amanda); and her sisters, Irma Arminio, Eve Celano and Anna Laveccia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 9:45 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church (2032 Westfield Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090).
