He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Marlene. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Beth Perks (Victor), James (Carolyn) and Mark (Wendy); and his siblings' children, Kevin (Michelle), Megan and Erin. He is also survived by his many aunts and numerous cousins.
