He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Mineo. He is survived by: his parents, Kristopher Matula and April Matula; his siblings, Taylor and Kris Matula; and his grandmothers, Sharon Mineo and Dorothy Matula. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
