He was predeceased by: his wife Elena; and his daughter-in-law Laura. He is survived by: his children, Nino, Mauro and Maria (Al Baranowski); and his grandchildren, Chris, Jessica (Henry Pineda), Melissa, Johnathan (Amanda), Steven (Tiff), Joseph, Kaiden, Lia, Hailey, Elena and Luca.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rossi Funeral Home (1937 Westfield Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Bartholomew the Apostle Church (2032 Westfield Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the St Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Memory of John to the St Bartholomew Prayer Garden and Chapel.
