He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; and his brother-in-law Kenneth P. Blum, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Dr. John A. Faccone (Jacqueline M. Faccone) and Barbara Ann Murphy; his son-in-law Kevin F. Murphy; his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Michael, Ava and Christian; and his sisters, Mary Jo Blum and Vita Genova (Frank Genova). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations and contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
