The passing of Patricia Yarussi of Scotch Plains, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 7, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Patricia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Patricia's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her brother Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her children, Lee Joseph DiDonato, Michael Anthony Yarussi, Mary Chosney (Mark) and Donna Gabrielli (Micheal); and her brother Richard Traylor. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; her 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church (2032 Westfield Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090).
For over 20yrs., Pat would donate her time and energy by providing meals for the Dominican Monastery of Our Lady of the Rosary, Summit during the holidays, especially Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
