In the sacred silence of farewell, Robert is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bassinder and Rubina Bassinder; and his brothers, Richard and Harry Bassinder. He is survived by: his children, Dean Bassinder (Jennifer) of Hamilton, NJ, Robert P. BassinderII of Seaside Park, NJ and Christal Bassinder-Huchko (Stephen) of Pine Beach, NJ; his brother David Bassinder; and his granddaughters, Ruby and Olivia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Timothy E. Ryan Home For Funerals (809 SW Central Ave, Seaside Park, NJ 08752). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
