He is survived by: his wife Kathleen DeFazio (LeoGrande); his children, Guy DeFazio (Janice), Francine DeNaro (Joseph) and Craig DeFazio (Cindy); his grandchildren, Guy Michael DeFazio (Susan), Jennifer Williams (Matthew), Christopher DeFazio (Samantha), Gabrielle DeFazio, Tyler DeFazio, Nicolette DeFazio (Matthew Tantillo), Michael DeNaro and Francesca DeNaro; his great grandchildren, Steven DeFazio, Lillian DeFazio, Grace DeFazio, Anthony DeFazio and Georgina Williams; his sister Anna Vitolo (late Joseph); and his brother-in-law Joseph LeoGrande. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mack Memorial (1245 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ 07094). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (1219 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ 07094). An entombment was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
