He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Amico (Hoahng); his children, Kimberly Amico (Wayne Carvajal), Michael Amico (Michelle) and Melissa Amico; his sisters, Jacqueline Eskenasi (David) and Marie McConnell (John); his son Todd Kmetz; and his pets, Scratchie and Bandit. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and by his dear friend, caregiver.
