He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Rafter and Martin Rafter. He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Robert M. Rafter, Jr. and Mary Kiwior (Len); his grandchildren, Krista and Joseph; his sister Eileen Muenster; and his sibling's children, Cheryl, Emil, Sandy, Chris, Peggy, Maureen, Luis and Sharon.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (1219 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ 07094).
