He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Mazzuca (Petro) and Frank Mazzuca. He is survived by: his wife Regina Mazzuca; his daughters, Gina Mazzuca (Matt), Elena Warker (Steve) and Krista Scarpitti (John); his grandchildren, Brayden, Olivia, Carson, Tessa, Julianna, Adelyn, Madison, Gio, Dylan and Brandon; and his brother Dr. Douglas Mazzuca (Andrea). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, loving cousins, friends.
