He is survived by: his wife Lynda Chadwick; his children, Shawn, Audrey Chadwick of Neptune, Steven, Paige Chadwick of Neptune and Kelsey Lubischer (Joseph) of Neptune City; his stepson Jake Borden; his brother Richard Chadwick (Cynthia); his nibling Thomas Chadwick of Moorpark, CA; his former wife Nancy Chadwick of Neptune; and his grandchildren, Wes, Uma Chadwick, Calum, Cash Chadwick and Isabel Lubischer. He is also survived by friend and the mother of his three children.
