It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Paul Kemper (Short Hills, New Jersey), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Paul; his granddaughter Sandi; his wife Sandi; his daughter Diane Kemper Williams of Waco; his granddaughter Morgan Williams Dietrick; his sister Claudette Kemper Columbus; and also, Disease, Ethan Dietrick and Fayetteville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and family members and friends.

He would get money into the hands of those who needed it, and made donations quietly to help others.
