He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Tkach; his children, Janine Tkach (Mike Dunn), Jason Tkach (Shruti Patel, MD) and Luke Tkach (Ali Palacios); and his sister Joanne Oberuch. He is also survived by loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
