He was predeceased by: his spouse Chaohui Tu. He is survived by: his children, Charles Yi (Susan Li), Dalin Yi (Zhiyong Zhou) and Yalin Li; his grandchild Yi Zhou (Linyi Lu); and his daughters, Xiiao Yi (Zhi Cui), Yang Yi and Felicia Yi.
