He was predeceased by: his parents, Alf Rivenes and Elvira Rivenes; his wife Patricia Hillborn; his sister Carol (Jerry); his daughter Cynthia; and his sons-in-law, Gerry and John.
He is survived by: his brother Donald (Barbara); his children, Robert, Jr. (Susan), Susan (Mark) and Carolyn; his grandchildren, Katherine (Brian), Peter, William (Maclean), Samuel, Kevin (Jamie), Robert (Bayan), Daniel and James; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Eleanor, Lucas and Evelyn.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Christ Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Church Shrewsbury in their memory.
