Nelson Havens; his daughters, Rebecca and Samantha Havens; his mother June Havens; his sisters, Dawne (Mark Dragonetti) and Jill (Mark Lyasko); his aunts, Gail Wilson and Ruth Havens; his nieces and nephews, Greg, Julianna, Bryan, Justin and Tara; and his great-nephews, Shawn, James, Cooper and Riley. He is also survived by several extended family; and many dear friends.
