He is survived by: his wife Ann Monappella; his mother Rosemary Monappella Zeltner (Andreoli) of Collegeville, PA; his brothers, Richard Monappella, Jr. (Kelly) of Quakertown, PA, Nicholas Monappella (Lori) of Barto, PA, John Monappella (Tony) of Philadelphia, PA and Brett Cunningham of Collegeville, PA.; and his siblings' children, Ashley Moran (Paul), Michael Monappella (Angela), Nicholas Monappella, Matthew Monappella, Brett Ferdock (Suzy) and Austin Ferdock. He is also survived by six great nephews and nieces.
