He is survived by: his children, John Frame (late Janine) and Amy Notorfrancesco (John, Sr.); his grandchildren, Gina Notorfrancesco, William Notorfrancesco, John Notorfrancesco, Jr. and John Frame; his sister Margie Maynor; and his former wife Sharon Frame. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
