He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sherry Ammons-Phillips; his son James Phillips (Lisa Marie Muldoon); his stepchild Stacy Ammons (Darren Harris); his grandchildren, Dylan Ammons, Brayden Harris and Ila Jo Phillips; his parents, James Phillips and Agnes Phillips; and his siblings, Carol Cole, Jan Sheldon (Harry) and Steve Phillips (Cindy). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
